The act of being a skank. When someone starts acting very slutty you refer to them as a "skank bagget" when cursing is not appropriate. It can also be used in place of any word that is in need of being offensive in an inappropriate place (church, funeral, family gathering, sports practice, graduation, professional luncheon. Also, around protective parents, teachers, officials, young children, grandparents, etc...)
Jill: "OH look cute boys."
Lynsey: "Hey boy's wanna come over later?"
Jill: "Stop being such a skank bagget!"
