Description of a woman with rather atrocious tattoos. Typically containing stars, hearts, or flowers. May also be a Tramp Stamp. Typically a scale of 1-5 given the number of violating items in the tattoo.
"You see the tramp stamp on that whore?"
"Yeah, theres at least 5 stars in that skank rank."
