Blending of the terms skater and robot.

Their skateboarding is usually very clean and technically advanced, especially on flat ground and ledges. A skatebot can be easily spotted by their fresh(as opposed to hesh) gear, usually featuring a berrics or any kind of purple shirt. Although they may have style and land every single trick, they have no soul.

A: Did you see that 14 year old kid doing a nollie big heel sw back blunt on that ledge?
