One who exhibits nasty habits, often pertaining to personal cleanliness and to a lesser degree, activities one particiaptes in, such as drug use, unprotected sex, not showering. One that also may be ugly or other born attributes, not just learned.
That girl was such a skave that she offered to take all 4 of us home and suck us off, but we had to turn her down cause of the B.O. and scabs on her knees.
