Noun. A turban made from skeet, usually towering 30-40 feet high. In most cases, it is administered by a man wearing a clown suit. Occaisionally, the wearer will decorate it with slabs of beef in a ritual manner. The skeet turban originated as a Final FantasyXI mod. You had to be at least level 67 to wear it.
