Someone who assumes anothers identity and or lifestyle to reap the rewards of other's hard work.
aka: a poser, a phony, a fraud, a charlatan.
In particular to claim military honors not earned.
Said one convict to another, "Don't believe a word that Skeeterman says, that fool done lie like a rug."
He pulled a Skeeterman and said he won a Medal of Honor.
