What is Skegler?

An unkempt person of questionable intentions, whom appears to have lived a hard, deviant life, as clearly displayed by their gaunt and ravaged features.
Their mere presence usually fosters feelings of an impending threat to bodily safety and/or theft of personal belongings.
Direct eye-contact with such persons is to be avoided at all costs.
