What is Skelgel?

Waterless hand sanitizer.
Skell is a term commonly used for people on the wrong side of the law that don't bathe often. Gel is the hand cleaner you can use when there is no water or soap available.
We had an unusually nasty
skell and I couldn't get enough skelgel lathered on; I think I may have to shower in it.
Do you have any skelgel, I'm all out?
