Contraction of Skype and Email. A long monologue sent by means of Skype chat whilst recipient is either away or offline, destined for later viewing.

Tori: "I was surprised to log on and be bombarded by an avalanche of messages"

Pierre: "Yeah sorry for the SkEmail, I guess I was bored.."
