What is Sketch Me Out?

A person(s) that weirds you out and makes you a little uncomfortable when they're around... not overly uncomfortable where you don't want to be there just enough to make you think of other places you could be.
Guy 1: "Hey are you going on that camping trip next weekend?"
Guy 2: "I don't know if I want to go man, it sounds fun and all but Tom and his new girlfriend are going and they kind of sketch me out."
