A person who's attitude and personality changes drastically (but still never seems to make any sense) especially with the use of narcotics and sugar.
Me: Hey did you see Skidwad lying down on a couch in Spiro Sports Center shouting incoherent things like that he's a gotta define himself character in his own movie?
