Skin hounds are extreme urban sports participants who preform dangerous tricks/stunts regardless of possible injury or death. They often break bones, bruise/tear their own flesh resulting in many minor and even major skin involved injuries.
That skin hounds Joey and mac always end up busting their heads attempting double back flips.
