What is Skin Jock?

A person of the male sex that is believed to have little or no penis. It is believed that this persons skin folds over their private square to show an area similar to the "Ken Doll's". Their private area will look like a litteral "Skin Jock".
When your chirping a friend you can say, hey man at leaste I don't have a skin jock.
