What is Skonski?

Used as a pronoun to take the place of any person place thing or etc that is pre-understood by both people.
"Grab me a skonski out of the fridge" (here, it is understood that the person wants a beer from the fridge)
"Skonski over here is being a real douchebag"
(here, it is being used to describe a person who happens to be a douchebag)
"yo, skonski, grab me the skonski out of the skonski"
(used only by the most advanced, it really could mean anything, but used only when both people know exactly what is going on)
