a body part made up of a vagina with a ballsack. thus Scrotum and Vagina (Skro-Gina). this usually occurs when a man tries to get a sex change but stops half way through the process.
Brian and Andrew needed to wash thier Skrogina very carefully. Scrubbing both the vagina and the Balls, so they do not get moldy.
