What is Skrotch?

The foulest kind of girl out there. Usually fat and disgusting. Pregnant and stuff. Few years you can see her with a few more kids each with a different father. Wears Pooh Bear Overalls and has horrid teeth.

Foul disgusting girls. They don't have to be fat, I have stumbled across quite a few skinny ones. Most I have learned tend to do or were heavily addicted to meth and coke. They tend to have rotten teeth, give horrid sex(not to mention STDS and AIDS), you can picture with a couple kids in a few years if not already. They tend to wear sweatpants, overalls and like to sport "Pooh Bear" overalls.
Eg. "Ugh. That Mandi is such a skrotch. She's such a junkie whore, sleeping with guys and getting them hooked on drugs."
