What is Skrow?

A physically or mentally or emotionally lost person. Someone looking for their identity or trying to 'find' themselves. Also could just be anyone that is confused.
In simpler terms, may be used in place of 'dude', but with a negative or insulting connotation.
"Don't worry skrow, they're plenty of tards out there living real kick ass lives".
