Typically an insane person who enjoys repeatedly banging their head against a wall. Can be associated with extreem hyperactivity, and often is the product of too much laughing. It is the merging of the words Skull and Cauldron, symbolizing a round hard object typically metal, when used to describe a person it means "thick head".
