That is when your balls smell so bad that you really can't stand it anymore and you have to go wash your skunkballs. Warning: Skunkballs may actually ATTRACT some pot smokers.
For example, you are sitting around your house for a few days watching porno, right, and you're thinking about taking a shower but you don't (because, say, you want to eat some french cheese that smells like "God's Feet") and then your robe falls open when you sit down and the stink lines rise from your lap and tickle your nose. You now have skunkballs.
