What is Sky Soda?

An alcoholic beverage surreptitiously consumed while in flight. Like a road soda, except enjoyed on an aircraft rather than in a car.
I asked the flight attendant for a ginger ale. Then, when she wasn't looking, I pulled out the bottle of scotch I had bought from duty-free and made myself some sky sodas.
