What is Skyarrhea?

That hideous mix of ice and rain when the temperature is between 31 and 33 degrees Fahrenheit, combined with a stiff Northern wind. It's as if mother nature is literally shitting on all of creation.
"Oh man, it's terrible outside. I've never seen skyarrhea like this before."
