What is Skyping Out?

When your skype connection degrades in quality causing poor audio or video quality usually on the recipient's end. This often requires disconnect and reconnect to resolve. Some of the issues could be related to the quality of your internet connection, and therefore your ISP and how much bandwith is available to you at any point in time.
Guy 1: Dude, you're skyping out again. I'll call you back.
Guy 2: OK.
