What is Slack-jam?

The result of improper or hasty removal of one's pants. Slack-jam typically occurs when the shoes, especially lace-ups, are not removed prior to removal of the pants.
1. In his haste to slip into something more comfortable, he required the help of his room-mate to extricate his shoes and feet from his pants in a rather nasty example of slack-jam.
