What is Sladam?

A word used to describe an extreme or abrupt change in state-of-being.

The sudden explosion of volatile liquids, falling off a rather high ledge and impacting the earth below, a collision of a vehicle at a high rate of speed with another object of equal or greater mass. The sensation of frosty liquid refreshment hitting the back of your throat on a hot summer day.
