From the Latin Slaggagenerian. Means, an old aged slutty ho who struts about town enticing attention from the opposite sex. Often found donning pink velour casual attire. prone to poor bladder control, rarely seen,skipping, jumping, sneezing or laughing uncontrollably in public areas.
