What is Sloppy Grommit?

The act of shoveling stale guacamole into the slots of your pungent armpits. Then running a marathon until the saucy mixture turns a brown, yellowish color and smells of almonds. Once this stage is achieved, the rotting guacamole is to be smeared into the eye sockets of a loved one.
Bill:"What did you get Susan for her birthday?"
Donnie: "It took me awhile to get it prepared, but I managed to give her a Sloppy Grommit, she returned the favor by taking a sweet dump across my chest."
Bill: " Sounds great! Im craving mexican food."
