The act of human coitus where one man has intercourse with a woman's mouth and the other has intercourse with her anal or vaginal cavity at the same time. So called because the woman's body makes an "H" shape with both her arms and her knees.
Carrie wouldn't let us leave the room until she was given her promised "Sloppy H".
