A behavioral state characterized by feral pestiferousness. Often seen in small children or dogs and caused by unmet physical, social, or emotional needs.

The dog became slorptile, whining and jumping with wild abandon, because she wanted to play with the spaniels who were out in the yard.

The nap-deprived child became slorptile and nearly wrecked a food display as he noisily careened about the store.
