When you're on the internet, watching a video, looking at pictures, etc, and it's loading extremely slow. So slow, that you usually exit and try something else, or you have so much free time loading, that you find yourself doing something *shudder* productive.

Frank: Hey, are you watching that sweet video of the guy with the really low voice singing?

Louie: Yeah, but it's just slowding. I've already managed to write half a novel and learn how to play rugby.

Frank: Oh, too bad.
