a joe that is slow (Slowjoe). Also has been known to be slower than a regular joe. Can be found in sub-urban areas in southern New Jersey, often Tuckahoe. PLays Paintball, Lacrosse, and the drums(usually very slowly). Often found anteeking in his natural habitat.
