What is Slugathor?

(n) A really annoying kid (may or may not be a freshamn) who drives you crazy right after you meet him. Refuses to pay back debts and is possibly racist against brown people and Mexico. Will hang around cooler people in an attempt to improve social status, but fails in achieving this.

"God, Slugathor, quit being so annoying! And where's my five dollars?"
