What is Slursive?

The scrawling, sloppy style in which a drunk person writes, which is in no way legible the next day. However, it may be a direct translation of how the drunk person was actually speaking.
We had a pretty brilliant idea at the bar last night, but I wrote it down in slursive at 1am and I can't read it today. It appears to say "fouwiinog tat hogaurl."
