Is a person who no matter the situation talks shit. A smack talker will never admit fault or reverse their comments because of course a smack talker knows everything about everything.

While watching football at the pub I had to sit next to this smack talker speaking about the ruling in the game. Of course he was wrong, but blamed it on the referees. What an ass.
