after consuming alcohol, speaking very LOUDLY and a bit incoherently. Sentances are reduced to word fragments and words are unintelligable, mimicking the sound of the Hamburgler from McDonalds (ex: ROBBLE ROBBLE ROBBLE!!). Usually accompanied by a copius amount of cleavage, but not in all circumstances.
"Hey buddy, how you feeling today?"
"Awful, I got smagaczed on the B & B last night!"
