A smallkipper is a word made in 2008 in stokesley school by sir.thomas lewis and dr.neave applebaum. it is used as an insult to a teacher who is trying to be young and hip the word originated from hemity which was made in stokesley school,northyorkshire, england in 1996
Teacher: Hey Kiddos!, lets do some cool maths!

Teacher: what?
