What is Smart Parts Physics?

A simple idea devised by Bill Gardner that defies all known laws of physics. This simple idea is what makes it possible for a paintball shot from a LP gun to fly farther then an HP gun, even when the velocity and other variables such as wind, moisture, etc. are the same. As uber as Smart Parts Physics is, it does not apply to anything outside of Mr. Gardner's head.
