A greeting, normally shouted at a high pitch across a crowded room while jumping up and down. Orignated from the 2006 class of the California State Summer School of the Arts, AKA CSSSA.
Art Kid1: Hey dude, is that Jack?
Art Kid2: I don't know dude?
Jack: Smockity Qua!
Art Kid1: Totally Jack.
