A smoke Nazi is a bigot who is wholly intolerant of people who choose to smoke tobacco.
Smoke Nazis often will walk up to people casually smoking and tell them to fuck off, or otherwise be an ass.
They also assume that all people who smoke tobacco (or hookah, or whatever) are knuckle-dragging monkeys with low IQs.
