What is Smoke Stacking?

During a standard stacking session where two chicks are stacked and nailed, one of the broads lights up a cigarette while she's waiting for her turn to get drilled. If she's penetrated after a good inhale, she'll cough the smoke out like a coal plant.

Ugly Melinda was bored cuz I was spending all my time plowing Francine hot ass so she lit up a cig. I waited til she took a drag then I went in dry and totally started smoke stacking her.
