What is Smokers Frostbite?

When, on a cold day having a smoke, the contribution of all the elements and the fact that you cant put your damn hand in ur pocket or else you will be set alight, your hand becomes blue with the numbing pain similar to frostbite.
smoker: Just been for a sneaky Marlboro', came at a cost though, its minus 2 out there and I think ive got smokers frostbite!!!
