smoking a cigarette beyond the white paper or lines to represent were the filter lies (if the filter is white as well). If the tobacco on your last drag falls out, leaving only the burn filter inside, your smokin' filter. This is thought to be the worst part of the cigarette containing the most chemicals, and is also a sign of a money tight smoker who cant waste a single drag. (Im guilty of this from time to time)
"take it easy man, your ciggy is done, your smokin' filter."
