A smoker. Someone who likes to smoke ALOT of cannibus sativa with friends and by themselves. Must be an experienced smoker who smokes out of expensive glass or ceramic bongs.
"Yeah Siler is a sick smozzla, he doesn't get red eye's or the munchies anymore and noone can even tell he's high when he's had 15 bongs."
