The question form of the famous "classic bad guy" filler word, "Mreh", made famous by
Dave Chappelle's stand-up Killin' Them Softly. It's use is typically to shut down another question being asked, or simply an idiotic idea that has been brought to the proverbial table by one of your lesser thinking-inclined friends.
Joe: Hey, we should definitely go get wasted and then like, totally fuck up my ex-girlfriend's car.
You: Smreh?
Joe: Dude, don't just shut me down like that, c'mon.
You: Smreh?
