A person who is Smug and a Git all in one at the same time. Not nessasarly a bad saying, can be used in fun also.
When someone does something which makes them smug and because of that you think they are a git also. A SMUG GIT.
A Friend who pots the 8 ball out of luck and looks smug after doing it.. is a Smug-git.
