One that is less than others, Oblivious to surroundings as well as a outcast in society. Can be used in an adjective as snaussy as in there doing or wearing something stupid. Stupid Person.
That kid jon is a real snauss. Brook you look a bit snaussy today. Why do you always hang out with those snausses?
