A person who thinks that they are better than others because of a meaningless accesorry or slightly different appearance. Suessian.
That sneetch thinks they're hot snot on a silver platter but, they're really just cold boogers on a paper plate.
2.
Of Dr. Seuss fame, a large yellow bird that may or may not have a blue star on it's belly.
Colloquially a person or thing that offends. Can also be an event that pisses you off.
"That no star Sneetch!"
"Dude! Your mom just got sent to Auschwitz!!!"
"Sneetch!"
"Ha ha! I replaced your shampoo with actual poo!"
"You fucking Sneetch!"
"We're gonna be late for the plane!"

To gaze lasciviously in such an overtly creepy manner that the target of one's affections (usually decades younger than the lecher) can actually feel the lecher's eyes on her body. Extreme examples of sneetching may include the jingling of change or unnecessary references to San Francisco.
