What is Sneeze Hug?

When a person is about to sneeze, instead of covering their face with their hands, they wrap their arms around their head. Thus sneezing into the inside of the elbows. A creative to not germ up your hands, but very over exagerated.
Person 1: Feel how soft my arms are? *sneeze hug*
Person 2: No thanks!
