What is Sneeze-up?

When you're in a lying down or almost lying down position, and are forced to do a sit up by a sneeze.
I could barely fall asleep last night; my roomie in the top bunk was doing sneeze-ups.
How am I supposed to fall asleep if i can't stop doing sneeze-ups?
