1. Two or more anal hairs attached by a dried piece of fecal matter.
2. A group of pot smoking/ dealing individuals living together in a small and usually unsanitary space in order to pool their miniscule incomes obtained from fast food chains and dealing in order to survive and smoke more pot.
1. "My dog had a gnarly snibe on her ass. I had to cut it off so she could take a shit again."
2. "My idiot ex boyfriend lived in a snibe with his friends in a trailer in his parents' backyard. It smelled like old bong water in there."
