This is done by a foreign object being inserted into the orphice in question, or an abnormally large fecal impaction being pushed forcefully out. When the poop shoots inner sanctum is reamed with such verocity that the skin rips and must repair itself before fecal matter seeps into the cut and infects the victim, this fuid is secreted. It then flows into the rip before poopy nasty does and heals the walls almost instantly.
