This is an eerily sticky liquid secreted from the humans anus wall when it is stretched beyond repair. This is done by a foreign object being inserted into the orphice in question, or an abnormally large fecal impaction being pushed forcefully out. When the poop shoots inner sanctum is reamed with such verocity that the skin rips and must repair itself before fecal matter seeps into the cut and infects the victim, this fuid is secreted.
